Go Commando Bootcamp now provide a range of services designed to educate and enthuse students about the benefits of exercise in a fun and unique way. These activities can be conducted for schools, junior sports teams, youth groups or anywhere else where young people may benefit. Sessions can be tailored to suit young people in Year 5 right up to Year 12.
During the session young people will take part in:
- A 10 minute fun and dynamic warm up.
- Circuit Training - provides stimulation to all major muscle groups as well as promoting cardio vascular improvement.
- Conditioning exercises to promote good stance and posture.
- Fun team games and relay races.
- A thorough warm down and stretching period to finish.
Team Building and Leadership ActivitiesIn the era of texting, e-mails and Facebook, our team building and leadership activity sessions are a great way to encourage a young persons people skills and help develop their decision making processes.
Over the course of a session, your group of young people will participate in tasks designed to promote interaction and engineer situations that leave them with little option but to communicate with each other in a positive manner.

After School Clubs and Play Scheme SessionsWe are more than happy to spend a whole morning, afternoon or day with your young people, conducting both fitness sessions and team building activities. We are also available to provide sessions to take part After School Clubs or during Playschemes if required.

Military and Uniformed Service FitnessThis service is primarily aimed at young people who are of a school leaving age that are considering a career in either HM Forces or the Emergency Sevices.
As well as providing more demanding fitness sessions, we can also conduct realistic assessments on individuals based on our experience working for HM Forces. These will provide young people with experience in performing within a more pressurised and competitive environment as well as being an excellent way for individuals to determine their current level of readiness.
