For the first time, Go Commando Bootcamp is now offering bespoke personal training sessions with one of our expert instructors. Sessions may be booked either individually or in more economical blocks of 10. Getting married or going away for that holiday of a lifetime? Why not partake in our 12 Week Bootcamp and achieve truly spectacular results?
We can train you in your nearest park or open space or, if you'd prefer, in the comfort of your own home. Sessions will involve basic circuit training, boxercise, kettlebells and powerbags. All training will be geared towards stripping body fat and improving muscle tone and definition.
The Go Commando 12 Week Bootcamp consists of the following:
- A consultation - One of our fitness experts will meet with you in person and begin the process of putting together your personalised fitness programme and diet plan. They will work with you and help you identify simple changes that you can make to your daily routine in order to live a healthier lifestyle.
- 36 high quality personal training sessions, 3 per week for 12 weeks.
- Help and support throughout to help keep you motivated and focused on your goals.
If you are confident in your current training programme but would like to supplement it with an occasional personal training session, please just get in touch.
Again, we will deliver a high quality training session in your local park, open space or home, involving basic circuit training, kettelbells and boxercise. You will find this a welcome change from going out jogging or swimming by yourself and feel invigorated by the fresh air and sunshine.
12 Week Bootcamp, 1 Person = £950.
12 Week Bootcamp, 2 People Sharing = £1450
Individual Bootcamp = £35 per hour session.
Individual Bootcamp 10 session block = £300
